| Description: | This project involved the adaptation of an existing manufacturing facility into twenty 2 and 3 bedroom loft-style units (some with roof decks offering views of Boston). There is off-street parking for twenty cars. The design took advantage of existing architectural elements in the selective exposure of steel beams, wood plank ceilings and floors, and soaring interiors. | ||
